Thaw sausages | grill or pan fry in a lightly greased pan | 3 to 5 minutes. To cook frozen sausages grease your pan with 1-2 tbsps oil | fry both sides until brown | add ½ cm water | cover and allow sausages to boil on medium heat until water evaporates and you hear them sizzling.
